Participating in CORTEX2 has provided our team with essential funding, access to advanced XR technologies, and technical support through the CORTEX2 architecture, enabling us to accelerate development, validate our solution in real-world scenarios, and scale an inclusive communication platform for deaf, hard-of-hearing, and multilingual users.

The CORTEX2 Support Programme gave us something invaluable: the space to create and test our prototype with a real-world use case, backed by the technology and expertise to actually implement it.

CORTEX2 didn’t just fund an idea, it provided us with a genuine use case through the Rainbow platform partnership. Having access to the transcription technology meant we could focus on where we could add the most value: creating the VR integration and ISL translation layer. This allowed us to build on proven infrastructure.

The programme connected us with experts who understood both the technical challenges and the accessibility needs. When we hit roadblocks with the Rainbow integration, the CORTEX2 network helped us find solutions we wouldn’t have discovered alone. Having a real conference platform with actual users also meant we could test with genuine use cases, not hypothetical scenarios. This immediate feedback loop accelerated our development.
